Not every
coaching session happens in a meeting room with uninterrupted time. Sometimes
every passing conversation is an opportunity and so every moment counts.
Questions
that prompt people to perform at their best require insight and skill. Above
all, they involve being fully present with the person you are with.
This
presentation is about how to: -
-
Achieve
this level of motivation with your staff.
-
Improve
your skill at being fully 'present'.
-
Listen
and then engage others with the right questions.
Richard's
presentation runs through the 'what and how' to turn every conversation into
quality questions. This will help your language become fully present and
effective.
